Boost your adrenaline by riding the Crater Lake Zipline or by white water rafting on the Upper Klamath River. Klamath Falls also backs up to its very own playground, Fremont National Park where you can hike and explore to your hearts content during the 300 days of sunshine per year. Hospital Description

  • Cases include: General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Trauma (level 3 hospital), OB, Healthy Peds and Lots of Regional

  • Collaborative and Independent Model with 6 CRNA’s and 4 MD’s once fully staffed as this is a contract takeover and we are re staffing it from an all MD model. ZERO SUPERVISION from MDA, everyone in their own rooms. Practice at full scope!!!
  • 5 OR's
  • Call 1:6 (CRNA first call, MD back up call) - Shared evenly with all providers
  • 13 weeks guaranteed vacation
  • $360K all-inclusive package (salary is $300K on W2 with full benefits or $360K on 1099 with no benefits)
  • Sign on 30K for a 2-year commitment and 5k relocation expenses
  • Loan repayment 15K/year at this facility only
